Admission Process

Fill Online Form

Click on "Continue to New Registration" and fill the online form

Submit Online

Fill out all the field with correct information and click "Submit"

The form will work on Firefox and Google Chrome web browser.
As this form will be using internet, so in case of slow internet the process will be slow.
Please fill up the working mobile number because you will be receiving a unique code which you need to show to School for further process on same number.
Don’t refresh the page or open it in new tab while filling up the form.
Once the Form is filled you have to click on submit button.
After clicking submit button, there will be an acknowledgement slip generated with a unique code and few details, you can either carry the print out to school or show sms to school whichever is easy to you.
This is just online registration, once done, you need to go to school and pay the registration fees.
If the slip is not generated after submitting the form or you don’t receive an sms. In that case it may be internet issue at your end, We advise you to do the whole process again.
For One Applicant Form is to be filled only once.

Birth Certificate of the child from the Municipal Corporation.
ID Proof: Copy of Aadhar Card of child and both parents.
Proof of residential address in the name of parents or child: Passport/Ration Card/Voter-ID/Aadhar Card/UID Card/Electricity Bill/ MTNL Telephone Bill/Water Bill/Rent Agreement/ Electoral Card.
In case of sibling: latest Fee Bill/ Transfer Certificate/ School Leaving Certificate.
Both Parent’s Class 10th or 12th Pass Certificate/ Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree
Proof of employment/office identity card of parents.
