- The Internal Complaints Committee as per the provision under Section – 4 of The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 is constituted as under:

2. The Presiding Officer and every member of the Internal Committee shall hold office for such period, not exceeding two years, or as may be specified by the school.
3. Terms of Reference: The committee will adhere to under Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act (POCSO Act) 2012 as well as to the latest Directives/Orders/Circulars/Guidelines issued by the appropriate authorities.
4. The Committee should meet periodically, at least on a half-yearly basis, and as required to address any matters pertaining to child abuse. Proper records, including attendance and minutes of meetings (MoM), should be maintained for future reference.
5. The Committee will prepare an annual report summarizing the number of complaints received, actions taken and its disposal and submit the same to SMC.
