Admission Procedure

We have a comprehensive and transparent admission process to ensure equal opportunity for all our prospective students. The admission routine begins with a preliminary interaction with the admission counselor where the parents get an opportunity to understand the school policy, following which the basic information about the prospective student is obtained followed by a school tour.

Fill out all the field with correct information and click "Submit"

Online Registration form

Guidelines for filling online form:

  •  This form will work on Firefox and Google Chrome web browser.
  • The process of filling the form could be slow as it depends upon the speed of the network it is being accessed with.
  • After filling and submitting the form you will receive a unique code which will be required at school later, in order to complete the process. Hence, you are advised to enter a working mobile number.
  • Do not refresh the page or open it in a new tab while filling up the form as it may result in loss of data.
  • Once the Form is filled you have to click on the submit button.
  •  After clicking the submit icon a slip will be generated. Either this slip or the SMS received by you can be shown at school.
  •  This process only completes the online registration, after which, you will be required to pay the registration fees at school.
  • If the slip is not generated, kindly repeat the entire process.
  •  Only one application form is to be filled for a single applicant.

Subject Options for Class XI

As per the CBSE, a minimum of five subjects are to be studied in classes XI and XII. In order to provide a wide scope of combinations, we offer the following compulsory subjects in different streams at +2 level: –

In addition to the above, two more subjects are to be opted out of nine, irrespective of stream, from the list given below.

NOTE: The students who have opted for Basic Mathematics in class X cannot apply for Mathematics in Class XI (PCM/Commerce with Mathematics), as mentioned in CBSE circular no. CBSE/SE/2023 dated 25.05.2023.

Documents required for Admission

  • Birth Certificate of the child from the Municipal Corporation.
  • ID Proof: Copy of Aadhar Card of child and both parents.
  • Proof of residential address  in the name of parents or child: Passport/Ration Card/Voter-ID/Aadhar Card/UID Card/Electricity Bill/ MTNL Telephone Bill/Water Bill/Rent Agreement/ Electoral Card.
  • In case of sibling: latest Fee Bill/ Transfer Certificate/ School Leaving Certificate.
  • Both Parent’s Class 10th or 12th Pass Certificate/ Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree
  • Proof of employment/office identity card of parents.
  • In case of alumni, parents’ school leaving certificate.
  • In case of disability/special needs: Medical Certificates/Assessment Reports.
  • Copy of previous report card.
  • Certificate of SC/ST/OBC/ Minority whichever is applicable.
  • Copy of Transfer Certificate of previous school.

Documents required from students of other schools:

  • ID proof of the student and parents.
  • Proof of residence
  • Admit card of class X Board Examinations 2020.
  • Class X Board Examinations Marksheet.

Note:

  • Admissions to class XI will be provisional till the submission of class X marksheet and pass certificate.
  • We do not require any document from CSGN students.
  • In case there is change in the address, then proof of residence is required.
