POCSO Committee
The Internal Complaints Committee as per the provision under Section 4 of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 is constituted as under:

- The Presiding Officer and every Member of the Internal Committee shall hold office for such period, not exceeding three years, or as may be specified by the school.
- Terms of Reference: The Committee will adhere to the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013, as well as to the latest Directives/Orders/Circulars/Guidelines issued by the appropriate statutory authorities.
- The Committee should meet periodically, at least once in a half-yearly basis, and as required to address any matters pertaining to the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (School). Proper records, including attendance and minutes of meetings (MoM), should be maintained for future reference.
- The Committee will prepare an annual report summarizing the number of complaints received, actions taken, and its disposal, and submit the same to the School Management Committee (SMC).
