Webinar on mental illness by Janhvi Saxena
Mental illnesses are prominent issues in adolescence during 2021, due to all the changes and uncertainties faced across the globe. Teenagers especially, are vulnerable to develop psychological issues due to the rapid social, intellectual and physical development.
Hence, we aim to explore how young teenagers can change their outlook towards mental illness by de-stigmatizing such problems for them. Oftentimes, society ridicules and shames individuals who are courageous enough to advocate for such pressing issues. Thus, there are going to be research based strategies to overcome these mental health problems which we shall discuss. Looking forward to a fruitful and engaging session!
